COSMOVE

cosmic movement practice
research project of ecosomatic movement in woods and related podcast 

COSMOVE is a body based artistic practice with a somatic approach and a special interest in ecosomatics, where the body is proposed as carrying its own "intelligence", the result of an integrated, long-lasting organism-environment relationship. In this view the elements that are valorized are proprioception and sensing the concrete contact with natural agents in a protected frame, the interrelation between body and mind, and the possibilities of human body's expression as it activates a deep listening of these resources. It is an ongoing project that aims to develop a somatic movement practice in Nature in relationship with natural elements and living beings. It is the access key for the creation of artistic performances that intertwine themes of ecology and equanimity of living species.
